InfoSight Go WMS — Mobile App
What is InfoSight Go WMS?
InfoSight Go WMS is our mobile warehouse management application built for warehouse floor staff. Available on iOS and Android, it provides hands-on tools for picking, packing, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory management — optimized for use with barcode scanners and designed to work even without an internet connection.
What warehouse operations can I perform on the mobile app?
The mobile WMS supports nine core transaction types: Receive Stock (goods receipt), Pick Stock (order picking), Put-Away Stock (stowing inventory), Ship Stock (outbound shipments), Cycle Count (physical inventory verification), Adjust In (inventory additions), Adjust Out (inventory removals), Move Stock (inter-location transfers), and Attribute Collection (dynamic attribute capture). It also includes pack order fulfillment, label printing, and inventory search.
Does the mobile WMS work offline?
Yes. InfoSight Go WMS is built with an offline-first architecture using a local database that caches data on the device. Warehouse staff can continue performing transactions when connectivity is lost. When the connection is restored, the app automatically syncs changes to the server with built-in conflict resolution.
What barcode scanners are supported?
InfoSight Go WMS supports Honeywell enterprise scanners, DataWedge-compatible devices, and the device's built-in camera for barcode and QR code scanning. The app includes a batch scanning mode for high-volume operations and a scanner test utility in settings to verify your hardware is working correctly.
Can I do cycle counts from the mobile app?
Yes. The cycle count feature lets warehouse staff perform physical inventory verification directly from the mobile device. You can scan bin locations and items, record counts, and the system will flag variances between physical counts and book inventory for review and reconciliation.
Does the WMS app support multiple warehouses?
Yes. InfoSight Go WMS includes a persistent warehouse selector that lets staff switch between warehouse locations. All operations, inventory views, and pick lists are automatically filtered to the selected warehouse.
Is the WMS app available on iOS and Android?
Yes. InfoSight Go WMS is available natively on both iOS and Android devices. The app also supports in-app update notifications so your team always has the latest version.
Does the WMS app provide audio and haptic feedback?
Yes. The app provides audio cues and haptic feedback for scan confirmations, errors, and completed actions. This helps warehouse staff stay focused on physical tasks without needing to constantly check the screen.
InfoSight Go Dash — Dashboard App
What is InfoSight Go Dash?
InfoSight Go Dash is a lightweight mobile dashboard application for managers and executives. Available on iOS, Android, and web, it provides real-time visibility into warehouse KPIs, inventory levels, and operational status without the full complexity of the warehouse management interface.
What can I see on the dashboard?
The dashboard displays key warehouse metrics including pending pick lists, shipment status, inventory levels, and operational KPIs. You can monitor overall warehouse performance and quickly identify bottlenecks or issues that need attention.
Can I look up inventory from the Dash app?
Yes. InfoSight Go Dash includes an inventory lookup feature with enhanced filtering that lets you search by SKU, product name, or location to check real-time availability across your warehouses. It also supports barcode scanning via the device camera for quick lookups.
Who is InfoSight Go Dash designed for?
InfoSight Go Dash is designed for warehouse managers, supervisors, executives, and office staff who need quick visibility into warehouse operations without performing hands-on warehouse tasks. It's the ideal companion for staying informed on the go.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
How does bin management work?
Our bin management system lets you assign inventory to specific physical locations within your warehouse. You can track which items are in which bins, look up bin contents, move inventory between bins, print bin labels, and reconcile physical bin inventory against book records. Both InfoSight Go and the mobile WMS support bin-level operations.
Can I track inbound and outbound shipments?
Yes. You can register inbound shipments, track their status, attach documentation and images, and receive them into inventory. For outbound shipments, you can manage the pick-pack-ship workflow, generate packing slips, mark shipments as shipped, and notify customers of shipment status.
How do inter-warehouse transfers work?
InfoSight Go supports Inter-Warehouse Transfer Orders (IWTO) that let you move inventory between warehouse locations. You can create transfer orders, track items in transit, and receive transferred stock at the destination warehouse.
Does your system support pick-to-light hardware?
Yes. Tradeline Consulting offers wireless pick-to-light IoT hardware that integrates with InfoSight for guided picking. The hardware provides visual indicators at bin locations to direct pickers to the correct items, reducing errors and increasing picking speed. It works with QuickBooks and can integrate with any ERP system via a JSON message format.
Can I reconcile book inventory vs. physical inventory?
Yes. Our tools include inventory variance reporting that compares your system's book counts against physical counts from cycle counts or full inventory audits. InfoSight Go provides warehouse comparison views, and the mobile WMS supports on-the-floor cycle counting with automatic variance flagging.
Pricing & Sales
Can I create and manage price lists?
Yes. Both InfoSight Desktop and InfoSight Go support creating multiple price lists, applying adjustments, generating price list reports, and distributing lists to your sales team. You can maintain different pricing tiers for different customer segments or sales channels.
Does your system track competitor pricing?
Yes. InfoSight Go includes a competitive pricing intelligence module that lets you import and track competitor prices, compare them against your own pricing, and monitor marketplace pricing trends. This helps you stay competitive and make data-driven pricing decisions.
How does sales order management work?
You can create sales orders, allocate inventory, manage customer need lists, link purchase orders to sales orders, merge orders, and track fulfillment status. InfoSight Desktop supports sales order analysis and competitive price matching, while InfoSight Go adds order fulfillment workflows and e-commerce order integration.
Can I generate invoices and packing slips?
Yes. Both InfoSight Desktop and InfoSight Go support invoice generation, packing slip creation, and document management. You can generate, email, and archive invoices, as well as print packing slips for your shipping team.
Technical & Setup
What platforms do your products run on?
InfoSight Desktop runs on Windows. InfoSight Go is a web application accessible from any modern browser. InfoSight Go WMS runs on iOS and Android mobile devices. InfoSight Go Dash runs on iOS, Android, and the web. All mobile and web products share a common cloud backend.
How is data synced between mobile and web?
InfoSight Go WMS and InfoSight Go Dash connect to the same cloud backend as InfoSight Go. Changes made on any platform are synchronized in real time via secure connections. The mobile WMS also includes an offline sync engine that queues transactions locally and syncs them automatically when connectivity is restored.

Our cloud platform uses industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, authentication with secure token management, and row-level data isolation so each organization can only access its own data. The mobile apps use secure credential storage, and all API communications are encrypted.
